Welcome to Our New Home: True Health Is Now Open

This has been a long time coming!

After months of planning, preparing, making decisions, changing our minds, and figuring out all the little details that come with creating a new clinic, we’re so excited to finally welcome you into True Health.

Our new clinic in East St. Paul is officially open, and it’s pretty special to see something that started as an idea finally become a place where we can care for people.

A Space Built With Care

When we started planning True Health, we knew we wanted the clinic to feel different.

Not just in the way we approach healthcare, but in the way the space itself feels.

We wanted somewhere that felt warm and comfortable. Somewhere you could walk in and feel welcome rather than rushed. Somewhere there was room for conversations, questions, and getting to know the person behind the symptoms.

A lot of thought went into creating this space, from the layout and treatment rooms to the little details that make a clinic feel like somewhere you actually want to be.

And now we get to see it filled with people.

More Than Just a New Clinic

True Health was created around the idea that healthcare should be personal and connected.

We work with patients who may have ongoing or unexplained symptoms, chronic health concerns, hormone and digestive issues, fatigue, women's health concerns, and many other things that don't always fit neatly into one box.

Our goal is to look at the bigger picture and work with you to better understand what may be contributing to how you're feeling.

We're also building a multidisciplinary team so that patients can access different areas of care in one place, with practitioners who can communicate and collaborate when needed.

One team. One plan.

That's the idea behind True Health.

We’re So Happy to Be Here

Opening a clinic is a big undertaking, and there have definitely been plenty of moments along the way where we wondered if we'd ever get to this point.

But now that we're here, we're mostly just excited.

Excited to meet new people.

Excited to see our practitioners settling into their spaces.

Excited to have conversations with patients face-to-face.

And excited to become part of the East St. Paul and Winnipeg community.

We're incredibly grateful to everyone who has supported us, encouraged us, referred patients to us, shared our posts, or simply followed along as we've built True Health.

It means more than you probably realize.
