Dr. Victoria Baldwin, ND

Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Victoria’s care looks beyond individual symptoms to understand how hormones, nervous system function, sleep, digestion, blood sugar, and daily stressors may be influencing how a woman feels. With a combination of naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and evidence-informed care, she helps women better understand their bodies and find practical, meaningful ways forward.

Clinical Focus

Perimenopause • Stress • Women’s Health

I work with women who spend much of their lives caring for others - the caregivers, healers, empaths, people pleasers, and high achievers who hold everything together. Until something begins to feel different. You may be exhausted but unable to sleep, more easily frustrated, or finding yourself thinking, “I don’t feel like myself anymore.” You may wonder if your hormones are to blame, but hormones may only be part of the picture.

I take a comprehensive approach to understanding the patterns behind your symptoms. I listen to what your body is communicating and look at the connections between hormones, stress physiology, blood sugar, sleep, digestion, and nervous system function. I combine naturopathic medicine, acupuncture, and Traditional Chinese Medicine with modern physiology and evidence-informed care.

Your body is ancient. Your environment is not. When you begin to understand the connections, hear what your body is communicating, and see the bigger picture, new possibilities for your health can emerge.

I take Doctor as Teacher seriously. I believe understanding why your body is responding the way it is can change how you participate in your own health. My role is not only to develop a treatment plan, but to help you understand the patterns, hear the information your body is giving you, and recognize where meaningful change is possible.

I earned my Bachelor of Science from the University of Manitoba and my Doctor of Naturopathy from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2016, and I have been in private practice since 2017.

Sometimes the question isn't simply, “What's wrong with my hormones?” but, “What has my body been trying to tell me?”
